Coaching the coach

Situation: The founder of executive coaching and training company Blue Wysteria was at a crossroads. Business was good, but not great. After trying several marketing experiments with less than astounding success, they decided they needed to create a clear direction for the organization.

Solution: Working in partnership with Kim Fons, the president, SMITH co. created a strategic business plan for the next two years. The approach concentrated on diving deeply into the company’s competitive advantage. Together we mapped several prospective customer’s profiles to determine the right ‘fit” for Blue Wysteria. Within two weeks of implementation, she landed three new clients!
